# NRL / Dropaganda Static Mockup

Static HTML/CSS/vanilla JS executive mockup for The National Rap League (NRL) / Dropaganda.

## How to host

Upload the entire `nrl-mockup/` folder to any static hosting directory. Open `index.html` in a browser. No backend, build step, database, or framework is required.

## What is mocked

- Public site homepage, events, event detail, formats, C.R.E.A.M. detail, creator directory, creator profile, content archive, about, partners, contact.
- Phase 5 marketplace preview.
- Phase 6 Rap Bucks wallet preview with separated platform-credit classes.
- Admin login mock.
- Admin dashboard, event management, creator verification queue, voting/result controls, source control table, and locked Phase 9 payout/reserve queue.
- Mock data is stored in `assets/js/mock-data.js` as `window.NRL_DATA`.
- One shared stylesheet is used: `assets/css/style.css`.

## Phase-aware presentation

This mockup is designed as a public proof layer plus operator-control demonstration:

- Phase 1: public website proof, event pages, format pages, creator/content pages, Showpass handoff.
- Phase 2: admin source-of-truth surfaces, publication controls, source status, basic queues.
- Phase 3: creator profile and public directory controls.
- Phase 4: voting, result, ranking-lane, and storyline controls.
- Phase 5: creator-services marketplace preview only.
- Phase 6: Rap Bucks rewards ledger preview only.
- Phase 7/8: operator dashboard and partner/commerce/workshop lane visibility.
- Phase 9: payout/reserve queue is locked and review-gated.

## Deliberately not built

- No backend.
- No live authentication.
- No data collection.
- No duplicate ticketing system.
- No live voting.
- No live marketplace orders.
- No live Rap Bucks redemption or external payout features.
- No payout, settlement, reserve release, escrow-like, or growth-pool automation.
- No partner control over judging, rankings, creator visibility, advancement, public status, or raw data.

## Governance demonstrations

- Publication status is visible in admin: public / internal / sponsor-safe / hold / not publishable.
- Ranking lanes are separate: Performance / Fan Favourite / Reliability / Discovery.
- Rap Bucks classes are separate: Purchased / Earned / Bonus / Locked / Charity Impact.
- Partner presence is lane-safe and text-only.
- Marketplace, wallet, and payout/reserve surfaces are phased and clearly locked or preview-only.
- Ticket CTAs link out to fake Showpass URLs.

## Visual direction

The design follows the supplied gold-foil crest logo direction: near-black textured surfaces, metallic gold gradients, shield/crown/star language, premium sports-league typography, and championship-belt weight.
